IP-6 Inositol Hexaphosphate - phytic acid
What is it? (physiology and clinical effects) IP-6 consists of the B
vitamin inositol plus six phosphate groups.. It may also help prevent and treat
heart disease, lower cholesterol, prevent formation of blood clots in the
arteries, prevent kidney stones, and liver disease. It is a powerful antioxidant
with possible anti-cancer properties. It helps maintain a strong immune system,
and inhibits the activity of free radicals to slow abnormal cell division
observed in cancer and tumor growth.

Food Sources: Wheat bran, brown rice, beans, whole-kernel
