SECURITY MEASURES

R & G Global Holding LLC employs a high degree of security consciousness. The environment at R & G Global Holding LLC currently encompasses the highest level of security as well as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) security tenets that of the proposed regulations. Role-Based Usage . R & G Global Holding LLC grants varying degrees of access to users with different levels of authority within a provider practice.

Encryption . All communication between you and the R & G Global Holding LLC server is secured by using 256-bit AES encryption.,

Data Security . R & G Global Holding LLC is taking all reasonable measures to secure your data on our servers, in our data center. Our data center is both physically and electronically secured. Our servers are isolated from the Internet by using a firewall which is a hardware and software system that blocks access by unauthorized parties.

Confidentiality . R & G Global Holding LLC has internal policies that keep your data private and confidential, and will not share your data with any other party.

Login ID and Password. Access to your account is controlled by a login ID and a password, which you chose. Strict login ID and password rules virtually eliminate the unauthorized user from gaining access. Your doctor is also provided with a technical hardware security solution that adds another security level to his or her access.

Auto-Logoff. R & G Global Holding LLC protects you against accidentally leaving your personal information active on a computer browser screen. The R & G Global Holding LLC service ends your "session" if you are logged in to R & G Global Holding LLC but have not actively used the service for a set period of time. This prevents others from accessing your account when you leave a session and forget to log out.

Digital Certificates. R & G Global Holding LLC uses a digital certificate issued by Verisign., a leading Secure Server Certification Authority. This gives you the confidence that you are connected to a site operated by R & G Global Holding LLC, and authenticated as such.

Because R & G Global Holding LLC provides a service for Web-based communication between you and your Provider (your doctor or healthcare professional), we ask you for the sort of personal information your Provider's office needs in order to respond to and streamline the processing of your requests.

We will not sell, share or rent this information that is collected in the R & G Global Holding LLC service to others in ways different than from what is disclosed in this policy. R & G Global Holding LLC collects information from you at several points in our service.

What Information Is Collected?

Subscriber Contact Information.

Information Request. If you wish to request more information about R & G Global Holding LLC prior to registering, you are required to provide contact information (for example, name and e-mail address). It is optional for you to provide additional contact information (for example, health plan and physician). This information will be used by R & G Global Holding LLC to contact you about our services.

Pre-Registration. At your option and based upon consents received from you by your physician, your physician or a member of your physician's staff may elect to pre-register you for R & G Global Holding LLC. The pre-registration process requires the collection of contact information about you (for example, name and physician). Your Provider may provide additional information based on their information (for example, health plan) which we collect.. This information will be used by R & G Global Holding LLC to contact you about our services. In order to complete registration to use R & G Global Holding LLC, you will be asked to confirm the information provided and agree to R & G Global Holding LLC's Terms of Use. You may request not to receive information from R & G Global Holding LLC at any time.

Registration. No matter how you arrive at myNDonline website, we require the collection of certain contact information as part of the registration process (for example, name, e-mail address, home zip code, birth date). You may provide additional contact information (for example, health plan, health plan subscriber ID number, home phone number, and home address). We encourage you to provide this information in order to enable optimal use of our service. In many cases, you will be asked to enter this contact information directly. In other cases, that information may be pre-filled if you have already provided it to a related product or registration process of a business partner site and have consented to its disclosure to R & G Global Holding LLC through that business partner site. In circumstances where the information has been pre-filled by someone other than you, you will be asked to confirm the information provided and agree to R & G Global Holding LLC's Terms of Use before being able to use R & G Global Holding LLC.

If you arrive at myNDonline website directly, the registration process requires you to choose a unique identifier (for example, user name and password) for your account.

Newsletters. If you are not registered and you wish to subscribe to myNDonline website newsletter, we request contact information (for example, name and e-mail address) to send the newsletter to you. You may elect to opt-out of receiving these newsletters at any time.

Subscriber Medical Information.

Provider-Patient Communications - The purpose of myNDonline website is to provide you and your physician, Provider-Designated User or authorized member of a Provider Group with the ability to communicate with each other regarding medical issues and/or general health matters myNDonline website offers various messaging platforms relating to specific requests and/or purposes to facilitate these communications (for example, Referral Requests, Prescription Renewal Request; Appointment Request). Either you or your Provider, Provider-Designated User or authorized member of a Provider Group can initiate such messages and/or communications. Your response and/or provision of information regarding these communications is voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information provided via these communications may be used to update your Health Record. In addition, by initiating and/or responding to such communications, your Health Record will be accessible to your Provider, Provider-Designated User or authorized member of a Provider Group.

Certain communications (for example, posted messages, instant messages, voice conference or video conference) are recorded and maintained by R & G Global Holding LLC. R & G Global Holding LLC will not edit the content of the communication between you and your Provider, Provider-Designated User or authorized member of a Provider Group. R & G Global Holding LLC considers these communications to be personal and private and will not use or disclose these communications except as provided for in this Privacy Policy or where required by law or unless you agree to additional use and disclosure of information provided via R & G Global Holding LLC. However R & G Global Holding LLC may block or remove certain communications materials (for example, offensive or otherwise unacceptable materials for which a complaint has been reported).

Provider Health Information. From time to time, your physician or a member of your physician's staff may provide medical or other information contained in their medical records or patient files to update or supplement your Health Record or other information about you in our service. This may include sharing of information about you via integration between our service and certain systems used by your physician containing information about you (for example, medical record-keeping/storage systems, billing systems). The provision and sharing of this information is optional by your physician based upon consents received from you. In addition, R & G Global Holding LLC may share information provided by you in your Health Record or in our service to update and supplement your medical or other information with your Provider or contained in your Provider's systems.

Intake form. The intake form is a tool that permits you to provide information regarding your medical status and history to your health care provider, including health conditions, allergies and medications. You have the ability to enter information into your intake form directly. The intake form will then become a part of your medical history and will be kept in your medical record protected under the aforementioned encryption and safety procedures. MyNDonline recommends that you will fill the intake form with all the relevant information to allow your physician to be well prepared for the online care session.

Online Care. The Online Care is online consultation or an interactive interview guiding the patient through clinically relevant questions based on clinical care algorithms to aid the Provider, Provider Designated-User or authorized member of a Provider Group in making an accurate and thorough medical assessment of the complaint. Your physician, Provider-Designated User or authorized member of a Provider Group will have access to your Health Record during the Online Care. Once you initiate an Online Care, you will be asked to enter additional health information specific to the topic you selected. Participation in a Online Care is voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information provided by you via an Online Care may be used to update your Health Record.

Subscriber Credit Card and Health Plan/Payor Information. R & G Global Holding LLC requests financial information and/or any relevant health plan or other payor information from you. On the intake form you may provide health plan information. On the Account Information Web page you must provide credit card information to complete the transaction when your physician chooses to charge you a fee for an Online Care. This information is used for billing purposes.

Subscriber Log Files. myNDonline website collects and stores the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; the browser software you use and your operating system; the date and time you access the service; and the Internet address of the Web site from which you directly linked to myNDonline website. R & G Global Holding LLC uses this log file information to analyze trends, administer the service, and monitor service traffic and usage patterns for internal security purposes and to help make the myNDonline website service more useful.

Provider and Provider-Designated User Information.

Provider Registration. No matter how a Provider arrives at myNDonline website, we require the collection of certain contact information as part of the Provider registration process (for example, name, email address, medical license number and state of issue, primary specialty, office address, office zip code). It is optional for you to provide additional contact information (for example, office fax, date of birth, and secondary specialty), but you are encouraged to provide this information in order to enable optimal use of our service. In many cases, you will be asked to enter this contact information directly. In other cases that information may be pre-filled if you have already provided it to a related product or registration process of a business partner site and have consented to its disclosure to myNDonline website through that business partner site. In circumstances there the information has been pre-filled by someone other than you, you will be asked to confirm the information provided and agree to myNDonline website's Terms of Use before being able to use the myNDonline application.

In other cases that information may be pre-filled if you have already provided it to a related product or registration process of a business partner site and have consented to its disclosure to myNDonline website through that business partner site. Operate the myNDonline website service and to decide what services will meet our members' needs

Update you on service and MyNDonline website benefits

Use your Provider and/or insurance plan information to customize your experience, or to show your Provider's and/or insurer's logo on myNDonline website.

R & G Global Holding LLC uses the contact and billing information you supply to bill and provide claims data for Online Care should your Provider elect to charge a fee.

R & G Global Holding LLC may use the contact, billing and/or health information provided by you in our service to provide your physician or other healthcare provider with updated and/or supplemental information for their files or systems.

Disclosure of Subscriber Information.

Health Record.

Once you ask your Provider to communicate with you using myNDonline website, your Provider, a Provider-Designated User or authorized member of a Provider Group may review your Health Record and adjust it and respond to your messages. If you would like to update or change information in your Health Record, you can send a message to your Provider stating the change or correction you think is needed or you may update your Health Record directly.

Your Health Record, contact and health information is available to your Provider at all times when you communicate with your Provider, Provider-Designated User or authorized member of a Provider Group or when they respond to your questions or requests.

If you have authorized a Patient Account Manager to access your Health Record, those individuals authorized by you will also have the ability to access your Health Record and update or change information in your Health Record.

Where your Provider, Provider-Designated User or authorized member of a Provider Group authorized by you determines that it is clinically appropriate, they may send a referral message to another provider and/or refer you as a patient to another provider. This referral message may include personally identifiable medical and/or health information about you, including, but not limited to, your Health Record. Although the consulting provider may be able to view this information, they are not able to update and/or edit your Health Record.

Sharing of Information with Providers. R & G Global Holding LLC may disclose the contact, billing and/or health information provided by you in our service to provide your physician or other healthcare provider with updated and/or supplemental information for their files or systems about you.

Compliance with Laws. R & G Global Holding LLC will not disclose personal information (contact, health and/or billing) to third parties other than a provided for in this Privacy Policy, except when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or you have otherwise consented to additional use or disclosure of the information.

Pharmacies and Pharmacy Benefits. When you or your Provider uses the myNDonline website service to send your prescription to a pharmacy, we will release your name, address, prescription information and insurance plan/payment information to the pharmacy. In addition, we may disclose certain necessary claims data to other entities (for example, the provider of your drug benefit) as required to facilitate and/or coordinate your pharmacy benefits (for example, health plan, mailing address, billing information for co-payment purposes).

Health Plans. When your physician elects to charge for a Online Care session and your health plan has an agreement with R & G Global Holding LLC to cover Online Care, we will release your contact information, the date of service, a service descriptor, and the service charge to your health plan for payment purposes.

Business Partners. R & G Global Holding LLC works with many business partners in making our services available to consumers. It is our policy to ask companies with whom we do business to support the same privacy policy we do. When you sign up for these services, we will share information only as necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

Third Parties. If you use myNDonline website to link to another Web site, you may decide to disclose personal information at that Web site. For example, you might provide your contact information to obtain an information packet from an organization. Please be aware that in contacting that site, or in providing information on that site, that third party may obtain personal information about you. This Privacy Policy does not apply when you leave myNDonline website and go to a third party Web site from myNDonline website. Use of Provider Information

MyNDonline website maintains an audit trail that keeps track of all messages sent by a Provider, Provider-Designated User or authorized member of a Provider Group. You have the ability to view this audit trail to see all messages sent via your account.

You can always view all the information you entered myNDonline website voluntarily.

If you authorize an individual as a Provider-Designated User or authorized member of a Provider Group, that individual may access your messages and other account information with your permission and can respond on your behalf.

R & G Global Holding LLC uses the information you supply to:

Invite providers identified in your Address Book to register for myNDonline website on messages you send or fax to someone in your Address Book

Supply required provider information to pharmacies for filling your patient's prescriptions

Supply required provider claims information to health plans and other payors reimbursing Online Cares for your patients

Provide you the opportunity to send your patients newsletters, preventive care reminders, and other messaging opportunities (for example,, appointment reminders)

Provide you with the opportunity to identify and provide your patients with educational material aimed at their personal health and wellness needs and direct health and wellness information to your patients

Track prescribing and treatment trends/patterns

Determine service use

Survey you to evaluate and improve myNDonline website service

Operate myNDonline website system and to decide what services will meet our members' needs

Provide information as required by law

Disclosure of Provider Information.

It is our policy to ask companies with whom we do business to support the same privacy policy we do. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the particular purpose for which it was provided.

R & G Global Holding LLC will disclose the necessary provider information (for example, name, license number, provider number, etc) in order to submit claims to relevant health plans and payors that pay for services you provide via myNDonline website to your patients.

When you or your patient uses the myNDonline website service to send a prescription to a pharmacy, we will release the necessary provider information to the pharmacy in order to fill that prescription.

On occasion, R & G Global Holding LLC may make arrangements with certain business partners to share certain Provider prescribing pattern information. The information provided is not patient-specific ("patient de-identified"), but does include certain provider-specific information (for example, name, drugs prescribed, formulary status) in order to assist such business partners in evaluating prescribing patterns, utilization, usage trends, etc.

From time-to-time, R & G Global Holding LLC may make available certain provider information (for example, name and/or license #) to potential business partners in order to provide an aggregate landscape of the myNDonline website Provider community (for example, aggregate number of providers, general types of providers). This information will not be used by the potential business partner for marketing and/or any other purpose.

What does R & G Global Holding LLC do with anonymous (de-identified) information?

R & G Global Holding LLC removes your identity from your personal information (contact, health and/or financial) and may work with it as anonymous ("de-identified") information.

Individual information is information about a user presented in a form where information about one anonymous user would be indistinguishable from information relating to other anonymous users ("a 40 year old female"). Individual information is not in a form that allows anyone studying the information to personally identify any user.

Aggregate information is information that describes the habits, usage patterns and/or demographics of users as a group but does not reveal the identity of particular users. Your anonymous data is combined with the anonymous data of other myNDonline website users and becomes statistics.

We might use aggregate information within R & G Global Holding LLC to understand the needs of the R & G Global Holding LLC community of users and determine what kinds of programs and services we can help your Provider offer to you. R & G Global Holding LLC could use this anonymous information to give potential users, providers, or business partners a picture of the R & G Global Holding LLC community and services.

Aggregate information may be provided or sold to third parties. Absolutely no personal identifying information is included in the aggregate reports; each individual remains anonymous.

Locator information is your name, electronic messaging address, physical address, and / or other data that enables someone to personally identify you. R & G Global Holding LLC and your Internet Access Provider may use Locator Information as is necessary to enforce any of the terms of the R & G Global Holding LLC Terms of Use.

Can Patients Opt Out or Opt In to Specific Uses Of Their Information?

Medical Information.

Unless your Provider has pre-registered you, if you wish to share your medical information with your Provider, you must authorize this Provider by sending a message to which the Provider accepts you as a patient in the R & G Global Holding LLC System. Your Provider has the ability to assign Provider-Designated Users and/or members of a Provider Group to receive your messages on his/her behalf and update/access your Health Record and other medical and health information.

You may request to transfer your medical records to another health care provider. Your previous provider, provider-designated user or authorized member of the provider group will be able to view a static version of your health records as of the transfer but will no longer be able to view updates to your health records or any other data that was entered by your new provider.

Newsletters. If you no longer wish to receive a newsletter, you may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking on the link included in the e-mail and filling out a request to unsubscribe on the Web page.

Invitations. If you no longer wish to receive invitations to register for R & G Global Holding LLC, you may request that your Provider no longer send invitations to you using R & G Global Holding LLC.

As we add services to the R & G Global Holding LLC service that require the collection, use or disclosure of data other than as set forth in this Privacy Policy, we will offer users the option to opt in or out of those services.

Storage and Maintenance of Information

R & G Global Holding LLC stores and maintains all electronic communications sent via myNDonline, the content of all Online Care sessions, your Health Record, contact information, financial information and all attachments and/or files uploaded or posted to myNDonline for a period of at least ten (10) years. In order to personalize our service for you and to collect aggregate, non-personal information regarding service usage by all of our users, R & G Global Holding LLC uses "cookies." Transaction costs for purchasing supplements through the myNDonline system (when a patient pays for the supplement and inputs credit card to the myNDonline system) will be: $0.25 plus 2.50% of the complete transaction (purchased by the patient). Transaction costs for office billing through the myNDonline system (using the credit card billing instead of a physical terminal) will be: $0.25 plus 2.50% of the complete transaction All the aforementioned transaction costs are subject to change according to the available payment plans and promotions.

You agree that MyNDonline may charge the access fee and any other fees to which you become obligated hereunder to your credit card at the beginning of each month and failure to provide valid and sufficient information to charge your card will result in the termination of your ability to use or access the MyNDonline Services.

1.5 Provider-Patient Relationship. myNDonline Services shall be solely provided pursuant to an established Provider-patient relationship and related to the treatment of your patient.

1.6 Provider Groups. As a member of a Group, you agree to review and monitor all sections of the Group Settings area on an ongoing basis and represent and warrant that you agree to composition of the Group, all prescription and/or messaging privileges assigned to the members of your Group, and all settings for and members of the Group as reflected in the Group Settings area. You agree that the designated Group Administrator(s) may assign prescription and messaging privileges on your behalf, as well as route and forward patient messages on your behalf. Group members may accept and approve patients on behalf of all members of a Group. Therefore, services provided by any member of a Group through the myNDonline Services to a patient accepted or approved by another member of the Group will be considered to be pursuant to an established Provider-patient relationship.

2. Online Care Session

2.1 The Online Care Session Services. You may make available to your patients certain interactive Online Care services. An Online Care session prompts the patient to answer clinically-derived questions based upon the general symptoms and/or conditions they may be experiencing. The questions shall not be relied upon or substituted for patient-specific medical diagnosis and treatment or health care consultation. You agree to monitor all patient responses received and provide prompt treatment response. You are solely responsible for the information contained in your treatment response and any messages provided to your patient via a Online Care session. R & G Global Holding LLC makes no warranty as to the content of any treatment response and/or messages or the information contained therein. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy, reliability and completeness of the information contained in your treatment response and any messages sent to your patient via the myNDonline Services. Nothing contained in the myNDonline Services shall be construed, directly or indirectly, as the practice of medicine or dispensing of medical services by R & G Global Holding LLC.

2.3 Patient Referrals and Guest Providers. You have the ability to send a referral message and/or refer a patient to another registered and/or a non-registered Provider using the patient referral message template. Non-registered Providers must accept the Guest Provider Terms of Use before using and/or accessing the myNDonline Services or responding to a patient referral. By sending a patient referral message and/or attachments you represent and warrant that you have received the necessary consents from your patient as required by federal and state law, as well as any consents that may be required based upon applicable industry standard. You are responsible for confirming any information in a patient referral and/or attachments.

3. NEWSLETTERS, MESSAGES AND OTHER ONLINE RESOURCES.

3.1 Information and Messages. R & G Global Holding LLC may make available on-line general information resources ("Resources") including (a) common medical and health related topics for use in developing customized newsletters, (b) mass-personalized preventive care electronic communication messages, (c) links to other related web sites, (d) messages regarding the myNDonline service, and (e) specific questions for gathering information for the patient's Health Record. These Resources are not comprehensive medical text and do not include all the potential information regarding the subject matter. The Resources shall not be relied upon as a substitute for patient-specific medical diagnosis and treatment or health care consultation and are not a substitute for seeing an appropriate health care professional for medical treatment.

3.2 Information for Resources. The Resources are compiled from a variety of providers and/or other third parties and should not be considered authored by R & G Global Holding LLC. R & G Global Holding LLC makes no warranty as to the content of the Resources and you are not authorized to use R & G Global Holding LLC's owned name, logo, trademark or other service mark or refer to R & G Global Holding LLC or myNDonline in any manner with respect thereto. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy, reliability and completeness of the Resources. The Resources are the property of R & G Global Holding LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. R & G Global Holding LLC retains all right, title and propriety interest in the Resources (including by way of example newsletter format, styles and design). Your license to use of the Resources provided by R & G Global Holding LLC or its licensors is revocable and non-transferable.

3.3 No Medical Diagnosis. The Resources are not intended to be instructional for medical diagnosis or treatment, and shall not be construed, directly or indirectly, as the practice of medicine or dispensing of medical services by R & G Global Holding LLC.

3.4 R & G Global Holding LLC Communications. From time to time, R & G Global Holding LLC may elect to provide certain newsletters or messages to your patients directly based upon demographic criteria determined by R & G Global Holding LLC. R & G Global Holding LLC will provide advance notification of any such communication and will identify which of your patients will receive the communication. You may restrict or modify the patients selected to receive communications or prevent R & G Global Holding LLC from providing communications to your patients at any time.

5. PRACTICE WEB SITE.

5.1 Content. R & G Global Holding LLC creates for you a Practice Web Site which, to a limited extent, you may customize to include content you create or for which you secure permission from third parties to use and display on your Practice Web Site. You are responsible for obtaining permission to use all items of such content displayed within, or linked to, your Practice Web Site. You may also include content that R & G Global Holding LLC makes available which may include content created by or made available by R & G Global Holding LLC or other third parties who have given R & G Global Holding LLC permission to make it available; provided you do not modify, condense or otherwise alter such content.

5.2 Use. You agree and warrant that your Practice Web Site will not be used by you for any unlawful activities. You will not post, link to, transmit, or store any content or other information or communication that is prohibited by law, regulation and/or statute or is otherwise inconsistent with professional practice. You shall not do any of the following with or through your Practice Web Site:

a. Place, display, or permit the placement or display of any content on your Practice Web Site that is directed at or suitable for use or viewing by children less than 13 years of age. Federal law prohibits directing content on your Practice Web Site to children under 13 years of age unless you comply with applicable laws and regulations.

b. place, display or permit placement or display of any content on your Practice Website that contain any kind of nudity or adultery.

c. Place, display, or permit the placement or display of any advertising or promotional materials for or links to any commercial products or services of any third party.

d. Place or display any content that implies any endorsement, sponsorship, guarantee, or assumption of responsibility for your services or products by R & G Global Holding LLC or any third party from whom you have not received specific permission.

e. Display the logos owned by R & G Global Holding LLC except with R & G Global Holding LLC's specific permission or as may be automatically displayed as part of your Practice Web Site.

f. Use, or attempt to modify, or manipulate, your Practice Web Site, the myNDonline web site, the myNDonline Services or any of the hardware or software thereof in order to: (i) invade the privacy of, obtain the identity of, or obtain any personal information about any other user that is not otherwise deliberately made available thereon; (ii) modify, erase, or damage any information contained on the computer of any user connected thereto; or (iii) reverse engineer any portion of the hardware or software thereof.

5.3 Site Monitoring. R & G Global Holding LLC may elect at its sole discretion to monitor some, all, or none of the areas of your Practice Web Site for adherence to the terms of this Agreement and its policies. If R & G Global Holding LLC is notified or otherwise becomes aware of actions, of you or any user of your Practice Web Site, that are alleged not to conform to this Agreement or R & G Global Holding LLC otherwise believes is inappropriate, R & G Global Holding LLC may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and at its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of content from your Practice Web Site or suspend or terminate this Agreement and/or your Practice Web Site. R & G Global Holding LLC shall have no liability or responsibility to you in respect of its performance or non-performance of such activities.

6. NETWORK COMMUNICATIONS.

6.1. Email Address. You agree to keep this email address current, and hereby grant R & G Global Holding LLC permission to communicate with you using this email address. To enable efficient, cost-effective communication across the network, R & G Global Holding LLC requires an email address from all network users. You may opt-out of regular network communications by providing notice to R & G Global Holding LLC.

6.2 Messages and Content. You agree to be solely responsible for the accuracy of the content of the healthcare messages and any other content you post on the myNDonline site whether on your designated URL pages or elsewhere.

6.3 Costs. You agree to be solely responsible for all costs incurred by you to connect to the myNDonline Services, including but not limited to obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer and other equipment necessary.

6.4 Patient Verification. You agree to be solely responsible for verifying the identity and authenticity of the patients who identify themselves to you and with whom you or your Authorized Users communicate through the myNDonline Services.

7. PRIVACY POLICY. You and R & G Global Holding LLC agree to comply with R & G Global Holding LLC's Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference as if the same where fully stated herein, as such policy may be amended from time to time.

8. HEALTH INFORMATION. Each patient will create a Health Record. It is your responsibility to confirm any information in the Health Record with your patient, whether it comes from the patient or a third party. You agree to review the Health Record of each of your patients upon initial formation and anytime you have any interaction with a patient thereafter to ensure you are aware of any modifications. Upon notification and acceptance by you of certain individuals (such as family members) as "Patient Account Managers," the Patient Account Managers will have access to other individual's Health Records as authorized. You represent and warrant that you have received the necessary consents from your patient as required by federal and state law or that may be required based upon applicable industry standards, to allow the designated Patient Account Manager to access the patient's Health Record. You agree to deactivate a Patient Account Manager immediately if your patient revokes his or her consent. You agree to verify with the patient that all information provided by a Patient Account Manager for a Patient's Health Record is accurate and complete.

10. DURATION AND TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall commence upon the date you first access or use the myNDonline Services and/or complete the registration process therein and will continue unless terminated by either party. Either you or R & G Global Holding LLC may terminate this Agreement and your right to use the myNDonline Services at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. R & G Global Holding LLC also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your use of or access to the myNDonline Services for any reason, without prior notice, but R & G Global Holding LLC will confirm such termination or suspension by subsequent notice. This Agreement and the licenses granted hereunder shall terminate without notice in the event you (or any individuals who are "patients" pursuant to your subscription) fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or the rules for use of the myNDonline Services promulgated by R & G Global Holding LLC from time to time. Upon any termination, you will destroy all copies of R & G Global Holding LLC and myNDonline Materials in your possession and cease any access to or use of the myNDonline Services.

11. CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. Upon at least ten (10) days prior notice, R & G Global Holding LLC may modify this Agreement including, but not limited to, changing the nature and extent of services offered and/or changing any fees or charges; provided that no notice shall be required for cosmetic/non-substantive changes to the Agreement. Notice for the purposes of the preceding sentence shall include posting links to the modified version of this Agreement, with an indication that change(s) have been made and/or by means of a general notice via electronic mail to your e-mail address on record with R & G Global Holding LLC. Your continued use of myNDonline Services following the effective date of any such change shall be deemed acceptance of such change.

12. LEGAL NOTICES

12.1 LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL R & G GLOBAL HOLDING LLC NOR ANY OF ITS SHAREHOLDERS, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF (i) THE FEES PAID DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS, OR (ii) IN THE EVENT NO FEES WERE PAID OR REQUIRED, $1,000. IN ADDITION, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL R & G GLOBAL HOLDING LLC NOR ANY OF ITS SHAREHOLDERS, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, WRONGFUL DEATH, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN ANY ACTION IN WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE OR FUNDAMENTAL BREACH), OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THIS WEB SITE OR ANY SERVICE OFFERED THROUGH THIS WEB SITE OR ANY MATERIAL OR INFORMATION CONTAINED IN, ACCESSED THROUGH, OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON THIS WEB SITE, EVEN IF AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF R & G GLOBAL HOLDING LLC IS ADVISED OF THE LIKELIHOOD OR POSSIBILITY OF THE SAME.

R & G Global Holding LLC is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for any claims, causes of action, liabilities, damages and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way related to any act or omission of a Provider or Authorized User that violates any legal, ethical and/or professional rule, regulation, issuance, guidance, standard or code of conduct when providing services via the myNDonline Services.

12.2 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. THE myNDonline SERVICES AND ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES CONTAINED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. R & G GLOBAL HOLDING LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONSULTANTS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, INFORMATION PROVIDERS AND SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM AND EXCLUDE ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTY AS TO THE RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, USEFULNESS, ADEQUACY, COMPLETENESS OR SUITABILITY OF THE myNDonline SERVICES. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE OF THIS AGREEMENT. R & G GLOBAL HOLDING LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE myNDonline SERVICES AND ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES CONTAINED THEREIN WILL SATISFY YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR ARE WITHOUT DEFECT OR ERROR. R & G GLOBAL HOLDING LLC DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST HUMAN OR MACHINE ERRORS, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, INTERRUPTIONS OR LOSSES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA.

12.3 CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS. TO THE EXTENT ANY OF THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY OR DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION 12 ARE RESTRICTED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS, SUCH LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SHALL NOT APPLY IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH RESTRICTIONS.

13. HIPAA BUSINESS ASSOCIATE PROVISIONS.

13.1 Definitions.

a. "Individual" shall have the same meaning as the term "individual" in 45 CFR 164.501 and shall include a person who qualifies as a personal representative in accordance with 45 CFR 164.502(g).

b. "Privacy Rule" shall mean the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information at 45 CFR Part 160 and Part 164, Subparts A and E.

c. "Protected Health Information" shall have the same meaning as the term "protected health information" in 45 CFR 164.501, limited to the information created or received by R & G Global Holding LLC from or on behalf of you.

e. "Secretary" shall mean the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services or his designee.

13.2 Obligations and Activities of R & G Global Holding LLC.

a. R & G Global Holding LLC agrees to not use or disclose Protected Health Information other than as permitted or required by this Agreement or by law.

b. R & G Global Holding LLC agrees to use appropriate safeguards to prevent use or disclosure of the Protected Health Information other than as provided for by this Agreement.

c. R & G Global Holding LLC agrees to report to you any use or disclosure of the Protected Health Information not provided for by this Agreement of which it becomes aware.

d. R & G Global Holding LLC agrees to ensure that any agent, including a subcontractor, to whom it provides Protected Health Information received from, or created or received by R & G Global Holding LLC on behalf of you, agrees to the same restrictions and conditions that apply through this Agreement to R & G Global Holding LLC with respect to such information.

e. R & G Global Holding LLC agrees to make internal practices, books, and records, including policies and procedures and Protected Health Information, relating to the use and disclosure of Protected Health Information received from, or created or received by R & G Global Holding LLC on behalf of you available to the Secretary, in a time and manner designated by the Secretary, for purposes of the Secretary determining your compliance with the Privacy Rule.

f. R & G Global Holding LLC agrees to document such disclosures of Protected Health Information and information related to such disclosures as would be required for you to respond to a request by an Individual for an accounting of disclosures of Protected Health Information in accordance with 45 CFR 164.528.

13.3 Permitted Uses and Disclosures by R & G Global Holding LLC. Except as otherwise limited in this Agreement, R & G Global Holding LLC may use or disclose Protected Health Information to perform functions, activities, or services for, or on behalf of, you as specified herein, provided that such use or disclosure would not violate the Privacy Rule if done by you or your minimum necessary policies and procedures.

13.4 Your Obligations.

a. You shall notify R & G Global Holding LLC of any limitation(s) in its notice of privacy practices in accordance with 45 CFR 164.520, to the extent that such limitation may affect R & G Global Holding LLC's use or disclosure of Protected Health Information.

b. You shall notify R & G Global Holding LLC of any changes in, or revocation of, permission by Individual to use or disclose Protected Health Information, to the extent that such changes may affect R & G Global Holding LLC's use or disclosure of Protected Health Information.

c. You shall notify R & G Global Holding LLC of any restriction to the use or disclosure of Protected Health Information that you have agreed to in accordance with 45 CFR 164.522, to the extent that such restriction may affect R & G Global Holding LLC's use or disclosure of Protected Health Information.

13.5 Permissible Requests. You shall not request R & G Global Holding LLC to use or disclose Protected Health Information in any manner that would not be permissible under the Privacy Rule if done by you.

13.6 Security Rule. R & G Global Holding LLC agrees (a) to use administrative, physical, and technical safeguards that reasonably and appropriately protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the EPHI. R & G Global Holding LLC creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of you; (b) to ensure that any agent, including a subcontractor, to whom it provides EPHI that was created, received, maintained, or transmitted on behalf of you agrees to use reasonable and appropriate safeguards to protect the EPHI; and (c) to report to you any use or disclosure of any security incident of which R & G Global Holding LLC becomes aware. For the purposes of this Section 13.5, EPHI shall mean Protected Health Information that is transmitted by or maintained in electronic media and Security Incident shall mean the attempted or successful unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification or destruction of information or interference with the system operations in an information system.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

14.1 Copyright Materials and Other Intellectual Property.

The information available through the myNDonline Services is the property of R & G Global Holding LLC Corporation or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and may be displayed, reformatted, and printed only for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate the information owned by R & G Global Holding LLC or its licensors received through the myNDonline Services to anyone, including but not limited to others in your organization. Any copy made of information obtained through the myNDonline website must include the copyright notice. Use, reproduction, copying, or redistribution of R & G Global Holding LLC's and myNDonline logos is strictly prohibited without written permission from R & G Global Holding LLC. All software and accompanying documentation made available for download from the myNDonline Services is the copyrighted work of R & G Global Holding LLC or its licensors. The copyright holder retains software and documentation ownership. Ownership is not transferred to you; rather, you are licensed to use the software and documentation.

14.2 Trademarks.

Online Care, and muNDonline are registered trademarks of R & G Global Holding LLC Corporation. All other R & G Global Holding LLC and myNDonline services, service names and proprietary tools, including, but not limited to myNDonline and online care are trademarks of R & G Global Holding LLC Corporation. All other brands and names are the property of their respective owners. Nothing contained on the myNDonline Services should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark displayed on this site without the express written permission of R & G Global Holding LLC Corporation or such third-party that may own the trademark.

14.3. Patents.

Various aspects of themyNDonline Services are subject to United States patents pending. Any use of these patentable assets is prohibited without the express prior written consent of R & G Global Holding LLC.

14.4. Limited License.

Subject to this Agreement, R & G Global Holding LLC hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the software, network facilities, content and documentation on and in the myNDonline Services to the extent, and only to the extent, necessary to access, explore and otherwise use the myNDonline Services in real time. You agree not to reproduce or copy any documentation, content, text, data, graphics, images, audio or video clips, interfaces or other materials or works of authorship ("R & G Global Holding LLC Materials") in or on the myNDonline Services unless such reproduction or copying is expressly restricted or limited with respect to such portion of the Material.

The license granted herein does not permit you, and you agree not to: (a) modify, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or create derivative works of the R & G Global Holding LLC Materials or any other part of the myNDonline Services or allow a third party, whether directly or indirectly (including, but not limited to the direct or indirect use of wizards, agents, bots, or other utilities), to modify, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or create derivative works of the R & G Global Holding LLC Materials or any other part of the myNDonline Services, except as expressly permitted in writing by R & G Global Holding LLC or by law; or (b) transfer, distribute, sell, lease, rent, disclose or provide access to the R & G Global Holding LLC Materials or any other part of the myNDonline Services to any third party or use the R & G Global Holding LLC Materials or myNDonline Services to provide service bureau, time sharing or other services to third parties.

15. MISCELLANEOUS

15.1 Record Retention. R & G Global Holding LLC reserves the right to maintain, delete or destroy all communications and materials posted or uploaded to the myNDonline Services pursuant to its internal record retention and/or destruction policies as such policies may be amended. At a minimum, R & G Global Holding LLC will retain information as long as required by any applicable law or regulation. Copies of R & G Global Holding LLC's record retention and/or destruction policies are available to you upon written request.

15.2. Third Party Sites. Although the R & G Global Holding LLC may include links providing direct access to third-party Internet sites as a convenience, the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of the linked site by R & G Global Holding LLC. R & G Global Holding LLC takes no responsibility for the content or information contained on those other sites, and does not exert any editorial or other control over those other sites. Nor does R & G Global Holding LLC take responsibility for the privacy policies and practices of these third-party links.

15.3 Indemnity. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS R & G GLOBAL HOLDING LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS AND AFFILIATES FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSSES, LIABILITY, EXPENSES, DAMAGES AND COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY BREACH OF THIS TERMS OF USE, YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH A PATIENT, ANY NEGLIGENT OR WRONGFUL ACTION OR OMISSION BY YOU RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR PROVIDING OF SERVICES THROUGH myNDonline, OR ANY NEGLIGENT OR WRONGFUL USE OF R & G GLOBAL HOLDING LLC'S SERVICES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OR NEGLIGENT OR WRONGFUL CONDUCT) BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT.

15.4. Third Party Rights.

The provisions of paragraphs 15.3 (Indemnification) and paragraphs 12.1 (Limitation of Liability) are for the benefit of R & G Global Holding LLC, its affiliates and R & G Global Holding LLC Payors. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.

15.5 Survival. The provisions of paragraphs 7 (Privacy), 12 (Legal Notices), 13 (HIPAA), 14 (Intellectual Property), 15.3 (Indemnification) and 15.4 (Third Party Rights), and any liabilities or payment obligations that have accrued prior to termination, shall survive any termination of this Agreement. All licenses granted by R & G Global Holding LLC under this Terms of Use shall be revoked as of the termination of this Agreement.

15.6 Notice. R & G Global Holding LLC may deliver notice to you under this Agreement by means of electronic mail to the e-mail address you provided R & G Global Holding LLC in registration, by a general notice on the myNDonline Web site, or by written communication delivered by first class U. S. mail or express courier to your address on record in the R & G Global Holding LLC Services or MyNDonline account information. You may give notice to R & G Global Holding LLC at any time via electronic mail to R & G Global Holding LLC or by letter delivered by first class postage prepaid U. S. mail or overnight courier to:

15.7. Severability. The provisions of this Agreement are severable, and in the event any provision hereof is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed, if reasonably possible, only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.

15.8 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with any R & G Global Holding LLC rules or policies referred to herein, represents the complete agreement between you and R & G Global Holding LLC concerning the subject matter hereof, and it replaces all prior oral or written communications concerning such subject matter. R & G Global Holding LLC may modify this Agreement as set forth above.

15.9. Assignment. You may not assign, transfer or delegate this Agreement or any part of it without R & G Global Holding LLC's prior written consent. R & G Global Holding LLC may freely transfer, assign or delegate all or any part of this Agreement, and any rights and duties thereunder, upon the giving of notice. This Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and permitted assignees of the parties.

15.10 Waiver. Failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right hereunder, or failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement, shall not be considered waiver thereof, which can only be made by signed writing. No single waiver shall be considered a continuing or permanent waiver.

15.11 Members of R & G Global Holding LLC Payors. For any use of the myNDonline Services with a Plan Member Patient (as defined below), you agree to review the Legal Notices page for any specific guidelines required by the R & G Global Holding LLC payor of which such Plan Member Patient is a member and to comply with any and all provisions of such applicable guidelines, the provisions of which shall be incorporated herein with respect to the Plan Member Patient. A Plan Member Patient shall mean a patient that: (a) is a member of a health plan of a R & G Global Holding LLC payor; and (b) has received R & G Global Holding LLC Services for which you intend to seek compensation.

15.12 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law rules that may give a contrary result. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between R & G Global Holding LLC and you for any purpose concerning this Terms of Use shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Alameda County, California, United States. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of, and that venue is proper in, any federal or state court in Alameda County, California, United States. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to R & G Global Holding LLC must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises, except to the extent such limitation is not enforceable under or in violation of applicable law.

Welcome to the MyNDonline website. R & G Global Holding LLC (The owner of MyNDonline services) provides online services featuring a secure channel for Online Care with your physician, online appointment scheduling, online healthcare information, and related products, services and content (collectively the MyNDonline Services).

1. Terms of Use. The MyNDonline Services are offered to you under, and you agree to be bound by, the terms and conditions of this Terms of Use. The MyNDonline Services are only available to users that have an existing patient-physician relationship with a physician that is a subscriber to the MyNDonline Services. We will notify your physician that you have agreed to these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason by posting the modified Terms of Use. Your continued use constitutes your agreement to be bound by any such revisions and you should therefore periodically visit this page of the website and print the latest version of the Terms of Use for your records. The date of the last update to these Terms of Use is stated at the top of this document.

2. Use of Services.

NOT FOR EMERGENCIES. The MyNDonline Services are not for use for medical emergencies or urgent situations. IF YOU THINK YOU MAY HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL YOUR DOCTOR OR 911 IMMEDIATELY.

Doctor-patient pre-existing relationship. An established, in-person relationship must exist between you and your practitioner before you use the myNDonline application for consultation. We require that you meet with your natural care provider at least once before you register your relationship with this provider on myNDonline to ethically ensure the highest possible level of care.

Cost. Except for Online Care sessions as discussed below as well as supplements costs purchased from your doctor if applicable, and as indicated when using the MyNDonline Services, there is no charge for using the MyNDonline Services.

Online Care sessions. Your physician may provide an Online Care Session in which you answer clinically-derived questions based upon your general symptoms and/or conditions for assessment by your physician. Your physician may charge a fee for answering an Online Care Session submitted by you. You are solely and personally responsible for these fees and agree that MyNDonline may charge your credit card for such amounts. Generally, these fees are not covered by health insurance or government programs and MyNDonline is not responsible for determining the coverage status of any services provided. You are responsible for providing all insurance information and for any charges resulting from the failure to provide appropriate, timely and complete information.

Intake Form. MyNDonline recommends that you fill out the Intake form when you register, to the fullest extent possible, in-order to provide the health care provider with relevant information about your condition. A health care provider may decide to ask you for more information during the first consultation before recommending treatment plan. In this case, the healthcare provider may decide to charge fee for the first consultation as well.

Cancellation fee. Cancellation of scheduled online care session is possible, and will result in no charge, if you cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment using the myNDonline website. Should you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before the online appointment a cancellation fee of 85% of the original consultation fee planned will be charged to your credit card.

Refund policy. MyNDonline does not refund any services charged to patients and other users. If you are not satisfied with your physician's reply, and you have been charged for the consultation, you should discuss this directly with your physician. If you have submitted Online care request and regret before your doctor have answered, You should call your physician's office and advise them that you wish to recall the Online care request. Assuming that your physician has not yet responded, they may "no-charge" you. If you have lost your interned connection in the midst of an Online care session it is your physician who decides if you will be charged. In any case of dispute, please discuss with your physician office for a refund.

Medical Disclaimers. MyNDonline makes no warranty as to the content of any treatment response. You and your physician are solely responsible for all information and/or communication sent during an Online Care Session or other communication. Nothing contained in these services should be construed, directly or indirectly, as the practice of medicine or dispensing of medical services by MyNDonline. MyNDonline does not guarantee that an Online Care Session is the appropriate course of treatment for your particular health care problem. You agree to contact your physician immediately should your condition change or your symptoms worsen. If you are experiencing an emergent or urgent condition, you should contact your local emergency services immediately. MYNDONLINE DOES NOT SCREEN, PERFORM BACKGROUND CHECKS ON, CONFIRM THE QUALIFICATIONS OF, EVALUATE, OR ENDORSE ANY PHYSICIAN. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING THE RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN (AND CONFIRMING OR EVALUATING QUALIFICATIONS).

Prescriptions. You agree that any prescriptions that you acquire through the MyNDonline Services shall be solely for your personal use. You agree to fully and carefully read all provided product information and labels and to contact your physician if you have any questions regarding the prescription.

Treatment Plan. Your physician may write a treatment plan for you in which you are advised to follow some courses of action. You agree to fully and carefully read all provided information under the plan and contact your physician if you have any related questions. MyNDonline is not responsible for the content or the quality of the treatment plans recommended by physicians to patients, therefore if you have further concerns regarding the content or quality of the treatment plan you should consult with your physicians about it.

Educational Resources. Your physician may send you newsletters regarding common medical and health related topics or preventive care messages containing specific medical and health related information, links to other related Web sites and specific questions related to your MyNDonline Record. Additionally, MyNDonline may make available self care informational services which provide general medical and health information These communications and resources are not comprehensive medical text and do not include all the potential information regarding the subject matter. These communications and resources are for general educational and informational purposes only, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for patient-specific medical diagnosis and treatment or healthcare consultation or construed, directly or indirectly, as the practice of medicine or dispensing of medical services by MyNDonline. Any Protected Health Information provided will be viewed by your physician or their authorized supportive staff only. You hereby agree to provide the correct and most updated data on those forms in particular, and on myNDonline in general.

5. General Legal Provisions.

Third Party Sites. Although the MyNDonline may include links providing direct access to third-party Internet sites as a convenience, the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of the linked site by MyNDonline. MyNDonline takes no responsibility for the content or information contained on those other sites, and does not exert any editorial or other control over those other sites.
